Remote DSC is a desktop-based software intended to facilitate authorised remote digital signing workflows where the Digital Signature Certificate holder and authorised user agree to such use.

2. Applicable Law

3. Nature of Remote DSC Service
Remote DSC may provide facilities such as remote access, screen viewing, document transfer, shared folder-based file movement, licence verification, LAN-based usage, software updates and technical support.
We do not own or control any DSC token, DSC certificate, DSC PIN, government portal login, client document, GST document, Income Tax document, MCA form, PDF, XML file or any other file handled by the user through the software. The DSC holder and user remain fully responsible for lawful and authorised use of the DSC.

- login, account and licence-related details;

The user remains responsible for ensuring that the documents uploaded, transferred, signed or received through this feature are lawful, authorised and correct. We do not verify, approve or take responsibility for the contents of such documents.
7. Payment Information
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. We may receive payment confirmation, transaction ID, invoice details and subscription status. We do not store full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking password or similar sensitive payment credentials.

12. Documents and Signed Forms
We do not review, verify or validate any document, form or file handled through Remote DSC. We shall not be responsible for wrong file selection, incorrect data entry, unauthorised signing, rejection by any portal, delay in filing, third-party portal failure, network failure or user negligence.
13. Data Retention
We may retain user information, licence records, billing data, support records and technical logs for as long as necessary for providing services, legal compliance, tax records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security and enforcement of agreements. After the required period, such information may be deleted, anonymised or archived.
